Approximately 70% of this body's reserves are found in the bones, along with calcium and phosphorus. The remaining 30% is primarily found in cell fluids and some soft tissues. Of dietary magnesium intake, only 30 to 40% is actually absorbed on average; the remainder is eliminated through feces.Natural sources of magnesiumMagnesium is naturally abundant in food, especially fresh, green vegetables.
