Description The Taurus TIG AC/DC 200A PULSE inverter is a robust, generator-friendly machine designed and manufactured for operation under demanding industrial conditions. The two main built-in functions, pulse welds and high frequency ignition, ensure professional ease of welding and high-quality welds. The pulse function facilitates control over the welding process and prevents burn-through on the workpiece. The high frequency ignition creates a very soft start arc as well as maximum arc control. This obviates the need to touch the workpiece with the tungsten electrode. Both functions have a great advantage when welding thin material. The Taurus TIG AC/DC 200A PULSE inverter’s selection panel allows welding with either AC or DC current – in AC mode for aluminium welding or in DC mode for all steel and steel alloy materials.
